Where to find the best Bacalhau in Lisbon.
Had an interesting meal at AP Eva Senses in Faro in 2023. I ordered what I thought would be an ordinary tuna salad. It was not ordinary. The tuna was a made from a chunk of raw tuna that had been seared on all sides then cut into thin slices. Each slice placed on the top of the salad then had a dollop of wasabi mayo on it. It also had pieces of strawberry and mango, and sliced almond. I believe it had just a light vinaigrette dressing, but I can't remember. It was delicious!
