Due to COVID-19, travel to Portugal involves some additional work. A few websites give details on travel and medical issues and procedures.

"A body temperature measurement system was implemented on arrival.
Passengers will be requested to fill out a form from the Health
Authorities (Passenger Locator Form), which will be provided by
the Airline Company, during the flight. This information will be used
to contact passengers, in case someone develops COVID-19 symptoms within
the same flight."
